The One to Watch for...

"For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil". - 1 Peter 3:12

Also Read Psalms 34:15

After undergoing a major surgery, I was down with sickness, unable to walk, sit, talk or even listen to a sound, much like a dead corpse, trying to recover from the deep wounds. It was at these times that I could see beside me my family, watching over me, sitting and praying for my speedy recovery. Just for one reason, "LOVE". I received all the attention, love and care because of their desire to see me recover from this dreadful situation as soon as possible. Their open and watchful eyes were upon me, waiting, whether I speak or not, open my eyes or not, I was more important...

This gave me a tiny glimpse of what God's love means to us? God loves each of his children more than anyone in this world, and like a dad at a hoops game, God keeps His eye on us at all time. He is observing, loving, encouraging us in this life's struggles. He's there and He cares for us. Although he has millions of children to observe, His gaze doesn't wander. 1 Peter 3:12

Dear friend, If life seems frightening, sickness feels pain, if it seems that life is draining out of you, remember, God is watching. In His loving compassion, He wants to help. "TO HIM, YOU ARE THE ONE TO WATCH".

"The Lord is always watching us
We can't escape His gaze
He reaches out in love to help
His children all their days...."
